We realize that not all users alike, some only need access to incidents, others need access to everything. To that end, we have implemented the ability to designate users as administrators or standard users.
Administrators will have fully access to your Statusy account, billing and make any changes to your status page(s).
Standard users will only have access to create and update incidents and maintenance notifications.
You can manage users on the Team page (https://app.statusy.co/dashboard/team).
All existing users are automatically granted administrator permissions, given they had these abilities anyway.
