We recently pushed out a new feature that allows you to completely customize the notification emails subscribers of your status page receive when you create or update an incident.
You can now customize the following things:
- The subject line
- The HTML version of the email
- The text version of the email
This process also includes the ability to inject variable information into each of the above. Click the help link on the status page settings page to view a list of the variables.
